「My reservation through hotel.com is included one breakfast per day, however, the hotel charged my credit card usd 24.73 for two days breakfast, I recd the hotel bill after I left. I sent email on 11/11/2025 requesting for refund, but the hotel does not respond.
Can you look inot this issue n adv? Thanks.

「The room was well appointed and clean. The common areas were kept clean and were very modern/updated. The breakfast, with the on-staff chefs (to prepare fresh egg dishes, french toast and, I assume, pancakes) was the best hotel/inclusive breakfast I can remember in the US; and I am well-traveled. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and responsive. 」
