「The staff was extraordinarily helpful. We had friends that were coming for a late check-in. The staff said not to worry they would stay until they got there and they did. Loved the room and where the hotel was located. It was close to good shopping and better restaurants. Highly recommend」

「The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.」
