「More transparency.
The heating was an issue. Got sorted in the end.
Photos of the building where the flat is located - there should be pictures of it on the listing. As it's an old building and it can be missleading based only on the existing pictures on the listing.
There should be someone available 24/7 for when needed. It is a guest accomodation afterall.
The location above the restaurant/bar/club, woth mentioning that partirs can and eill occur and the flat will be very noisy and...

「Checked into first room and noticed a bad drain smell and no cold water from the tap, so asked reception after one night to change rooms. Next room on the 1st floor was better but the fridge hummed all night, so switched that off, the bed frame was so noisy, squeaking at the slightest move so had a bad night's sleep. Overall, location spot on rooms very tired and will not stay again unfortunately. 」
