「There appears to be a disconnect between Expedia and the local agent. The check in was poor as the instructions sent by Expedia were not adhered to.」

「Very spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and thorough. His recommendations were great and he was very nice. The location was perfect but be aware of stairs to get in and also all over the town. We loved the place and highly recommend it. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Great location and clean apartment.」

「Fantastic property in an ideal location! It is incredibly safe and perfectly situated for walking all of Ortigia. Our host, Sebastiano, was amazing—communication was a breeze, and he provided invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, parking, and the best places to visit during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book here again!」

「Clean, spacious property with air conditioning, which we greatly appreciated. Communication with Annelisa was great. We really appreciated that it was easy walking distance to some good places to eat.」
