No tenéis derecho a patio si sois menos de cuatro personas. Capítulo aparte el tema de la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, no cocinamos en toda la estancia por el asco que nos dio. Un despropósito.」

They organised a driver to pick us up from the train and then to take us to the airport. He was a very careful driver. The pool area was much smaller than the view in the website. 「The property description is highly inaccurate. There is no buffet breakfast, no pool bar, no beach bar, no beach restaurant, no fitness center. The pool closes every day from 1 pm to 4:30 pm. That is prime swimming time for my family. The place is old and run-down. The positives include a beach front property (30 minutes from Messina train station), beautiful sunsets, espresso and gelato bars, and an pretty seafood restaurant.」

「Il Residence dei Margi è una bella struttura soprattutto per la zona esterna con piscina molto grande e piscina piccola per i bambini. Alcune cose sono da rivedere: la chiusura della piscina è prevista alle 18:30, troppo presto per chi vuole godersi le ore meno calde della giornata. Nel nostro alloggio, già dal primo giorno erano presenti delle formiche sul top della cucina, fatto presente alla reception ma non è stato fatto nulla. Il letto nella camera matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati...

The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers.」
