「The house was as "advertised" with four good sized bedrooms - 2 king, 2 Queen. The check in was super easy - the owner allowed us to check in almost four hours early, which we really appreciated!There was a full size kitchen, which we used for several meals. There was a large dining room table for enjoying meals as well. This property was centrally located, a short 12 - 15 minutes (2.8 mi) from Falls Park. We would certainly stay here again if in the area 」

「This home was perfect for our soccer weekend. The house was spotless and all the linens were so cozy. It’s a small space but felt like there were plenty of little extra spaces to help us store things. The layout was perfect! We had 6 guests (making up two families) and did not feel overly crowded. 「We stayed here just passing through after visiting the Black Hills. It was perfect for our family and a one night stay for all of us. The location was great too because it was only minutes from a lot of restaurants and other amenities in the area. Sioux Falls was much bigger than expected and can definately feel crowded very quickly leaving the house especially during weekday rush hour times. 「Chris was a welcoming host. His communications were always helpful and clear. We stopped here for a couple of nights during a long road trip. The space was comfortable for a short visit and allowed us to get some much needed rest! Our dog loved the fenced-in backyard.
