“Our stay at The Oaks exceeded our expectations. It was recommended to us by a family friend. All staff were very informative and helpful. We will definitely make it a point to return. ”

“Great little place for the price. The only thing I would mention is that we couldn’t walk into town from there. It was a little further down the road than we expected so we drove into town each time, but there was plenty of free parking so it was no issue! Rise up coffee drive thru is just beside the hotel so that was cool and the breakfast was yummy and well stocked. It was a good deal!”

“The sheets had blood stains and look like coffee stains sheets look like they hadnt been was. I went straight back up to the front desk and told them I want my money back and requested a receipt showing no charge. He was hesitated .I took pictures of the soiled linen. Room stunk also”

“I hesitate to complain because Kent Narrows was a great place to spend 4 days with friends, but...the property has seen better days and gave off a seedy vibe. We upgraded to bayfront rooms on the top floor, which provided a great view. The breakfast room was awkward...we went out for breakfast after the 2nd day. All that being said, we had a great time, as usual with our friends.”

“Booked hotel thru expedia, The hotel was a TOTAL DUMP, DIRTY, BUGS, ROACHES, EVERYWHERE!!!!!!, Checked-in OFFICE WAS DIRTY, GO UP A FLIGHT OF STEPS< NO ELEAVATOR, OPENED DOOR BUGS ON FLOOR, SO DISCUSTING!!!! TURNED AROUND WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE, DEMANED MY MONEY BACK!!!! THE CLERK TOOK MY CARD AND SAID THE REFUND WOULD BE RETURED TO MY ACCOUNT, WHAT A LIAR,NOTHING WAS RETURED TO MY ACCOUNT. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! I WOULD EXPEDIA TO CHECK INTO THIS ISSUE, AND RETURN MY MONEY TO MY……

“My stay at Sandaway was totally awesome. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the place for you. My favorite part is the beach view. Sitting by the beach and hearing the sound of the waves and the birds and watching the wanter was heavenly. The staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. I needed assistance with my AC and they came in immediately and helped me with it. Having a pot of coffee at my door with a bag of goodies was a special treat.”
