Exceptional home with an extraordinary view

This was the perfect location for our stay on Orcas Island! The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and a constant source of delight. High ceilings, lovely furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and multi-story windows showcasing the incredible view over the forest and water.

Orcas island retreat

Lovely home for a family getaway. Lot’s of games for the kids and terrific views from the porch and living area. The pool table kept us quite busy too. Easy drive to Moran State Park for kayaking and hiking. All around a terrific spot. If the opportunity arises, we’ll come back.

The View!

From everywhere in the house the view is breathtaking! The house is really lovely, great kitchen adequately stocked, games and puzzles, beautiful artwork. There was plenty of space for our 4 adults and 3 teenaged boys. We used the bunkhouse. Sherri was very easy to reach. Overall would recommend highly!

Stunning views

Our multigenerational family loved this property! Stunning views, lots of custom details, comfortable furniture, plenty of space for 9 people to eat together, play games together, lounge separately, etc. The kitchen had everything you could need. A convenient distance to Eastsound village and Moran State Park. We had several children in our group and made use of the board games and kids books provided, and the adults made use of the grill, hot tub, sauna and pool table. Note that the pond in the photos was not in good shape/easily accessible and the teepee was dismantled, but that was a plus for us given that we did not want our children playing around water at the home. In any case, I highly recommend this property.

We had a really wonderful time! The home, plus the bunkhouse, worked so well for our party of 8. The views were so incredible from the deck that it was difficult to pull ourselves away to do everything else we wanted to do on the island! Thanks for setting up everything so beautifully. Great place for family gathering

This home was very comfortable for a family of four plus grandparents. The pool table was a hit with the kids and we all enjoyed the hot tub then coming inside near a cozy wood fire.

Amazing Home on Orcas Island

Absolutely beautiful home on Orcas Island. Perfect for a family of 4 and beyond (if use bunkhouse). We would definitely stay here again. Views were incredible.

Perfect Family or Friend Retreat

This beautiful property sits atop a perfect overlook of the island. You could easily just stay here and never go exploring but the location makes running into town a quick jaunt. We will definitely return!

We had a mini family reunion at this property and it was LOVELY. The house is spacious and did not feel at all crowded for our 8 people Age 5-80. Beautiful views, great layout, wonderful location, super quiet and just plain gorgeous.

Fun, relaxing escape with an amazing view!

My family and I had the BEST time at Islandview Haus on Orcas! We all enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, sauna and close proximity to Eastsound. I especially enjoyed the breath-taking view from the porch. We hope to stay here again in the very near future!

It was just as wonderful as the pictures showed it to be. The views from the deck are so beautiful and relaxing that it’s hard to make yourself leave the house to go explore the island.

Beautiful, comfortable home with incredible views

We had a group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) stay and we had a lovely time. The house was big enough for us to spread out with the addition of the guest house (for an extra fee). The property/grounds are gorgeous and the views are incredible! We loved utilizing the hot tub and just taking in the view and surroundings. The location itself is very private but it's also just a quick drive to town. Sherri and Melanie were great hosts and easy/quick/friendly to communicate with. Overall we loved this property, would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Everything in one stunning package

Not only did the property provide an exceptional views, but it had everything we could have ever needed and more. The owner anticipated all of our needs! the property offered so much exploration opportunities for the kids with us that we almost had no reason to leave. The additional space above the garage served as a wonderful hangout space for them .... and they LOVED the teepee. We will be back again.
