As well as a kitchenette equipped with electric hobs, a microwave, a TOP refrigerator, an electric coffee maker, a toaster. At the entrance there is a sleeping area with a bunk bed for 2 people. In the bathroom, there is a shower, a sink and a mirror. The toilets are separate.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
