「A mixed stay, initial check in was slow and lacked any enthusiasm which often sets the tone for the stay. Upon entering our room it hadn't been set up correctly, I.e. 2 adults and one child. No bed set up for child. I rang reception and received no answer. So went back down and was told that when someone was available the room would be sorted. We went down for a drink in the bar and when we returned, nothing had changed. We relaxed for a while and watched some TV but the remote wouldn't change...
「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently.
Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」
「Tony room. Smelt of stale smoke and damp, noisy, no heating only air con. Piece of toilet roll plunging up hole in wall in bathroom. Very noisy no sound proofing. Attentive staff brought us a heater.」
