"The room was very nice and clean. The pool was good also, only complaint was no towels to use when got out of the pool, had to run back up and get towels from the room. And the breakfast was fair, there was no syrup for the waffles and no milk. But I would recommend staying here."

"Toilet paper roll was in a bad location (across from toilet instead of next to). Breakfast was meh; no one liked the waffles. Pool floor was falling apart. Pool towels were so small."

"It didn’t look like the room was clean in-between stays. A coffee maker piece was missing. Both times we stayed, because we were here last week from Tuesday-Thursday both weeks, both rooms needed conditioner replacement upon request. Being the stay last week was decent, we decided to stay here again this week, but were less impressed this week. We had an issue with the shower drain not draining. We prolonged our showers last night due to the front desk stating he would come up and look at it, only to be told that we would have to wait until the next day at 9am to be fixed. Also, we were charged the same price for a full two beds as we payed for last week for two queens and were not informed that we would be charged the same price for less sleeping space. We were also not informed upon our stay when we reserved and booked the rooms this week that the hot tub and pool would be cleaned. We are planning on staying next week down here for business, and we wanted to stay here, but we are not sure if we should, because of how we’ve been treated the last two weeks."

"The AmericInn was not a great place to stay. Our room looked as though it was still in a renovation process that had not been completed. Our room literally had blue painter's tape connecting a new piece of carpeting to an old one along with chunks of trim and other aspects that felt like we were staying in a room stuck between the old room and whatever the renovated room was supposed to look like. This hotel was cheap so I guess it was a bed to crash on but was not a place I would choose to stay again."

"The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed. Front desk told us breakfast is 7-10, but didn't say that it ends at 9 on weekdays. No signs anywhere stating the time."
