「The Sportslander is just what I expected, an older motel that had all the basics covered. The room was older style, clean and on the end of a 10 day straight run of over 40 deg temps the pool and aircon did the job, the bed was comfy, there was no noise and had a good night sleep. For a budget one night stay, it did the job very well. 」

「Nice room, alittle smaller than excepted. Good location.」

「The spa room is fantastic, with a beautiful garden and outdoor pool. The rooms are dated but very clean. The only minus for us was our bed was very hard. Last time we stayed the bed was that good we slept in. 」

「Home away from home, everything you need except a microwave but managed without. The place was clean and the bed very comfortable. Walking distance to the golf club, meals, pokies, keno and more. No need to go anywhere else if you just want to relax 」

「Fantastic location central to many eateries and coffee shops. Quiet spot with a lovely outlook. Safe off street parking. Room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and useful kitchen nook. Staff very helpful and friendly. 」

「This Unit is very dated, and very average. First morning no TV, the garden at the front was not clean or maintained, what a shame it would have been fantastic views to the Murray, Sadly will not go back」

「Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to...

「Excellent place to stay. Nice snd quiet location. Fast check in and check out. Lovely friendly staff. 4 min walk to the RSL for good meals and drinks. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Yes room in good condition but a bit dark. Bathroom functional but outdated. Bed very comfortable. Main issue was adjacent room. Guy arrived in his van at 2.00am and laughed and joked with a female for 2 hours ( until 4.00am).. Noise came through and we couldn't sleep. Should be a sign stating that residents must be considerate and keep noise to a minimum eapecially after midnight.!!! 」
