“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. “Wish breakfast started a touch bit earlier but it is what it is! Loved the whole vibe of the hotel. Staff was helpful when our room wasn't ready at check in. They do not have pool towels in the pool area and you had to show your room key to get them at the desk which kinda was an inconvenience but I understand. Will stay again”

“The reviews and photos online were very misleading. We were warned not to eat the breakfast, which was set up in a closed restaurant. The bedding was stained, the towels were burned with holes in them. Our smoke detector was hanging by a wire. ”

Some of them were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, and it looked like they might have been taking shelter from living in the streets. The area outside of the hotel is unkempt and overgrown. Parking there felt unsafe and creepy. The lobby area was a work in progress when I came in, and the room was spacious and had potential, but the carpet was stained and old, as……

“Room was clean, and drag was superb but the toilet was difficult to flush. Also breakfast was ridiculous - I got there at 7:15am and there were 4 slices of white bread, a half a container of Froot Loops, and 4 or 5 bananas. That was it. Coffee was good though, so there's that”
