“5 Stars across the board. Landlord communication was great, checking in on us upon arrival and after the first night. Loved the basket of snacks! Property is walkable to downtown (if you can handle a big hill). Easy access to the highway and downtown. Will Rent again next time we are in town!”

Our purpose for the stay was the close proximity to several of the snow ski areas (Hyland Hills, Buck Hill, and Afton Alps). The place had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. “We had a very good experience with this rental. Parking was easy. Great well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook and we do a lot of cooking. Neighborhood offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and other things to see. Everything is easily walkable with the skyway entrance just 2 1/2 blocks away. Communication with the hosts was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this space for a longer stay.”

“I rented this for a month in February. David was helpful and responsive as a host. He lives on the main level below this upstairs apartment. I found the furnishings to be cozy and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. I loved that there were live plants in the unit. Access was simple with a digital code. There is a laundry room in the basement of the house. I was pleased with my stay but felt there were just a few issues to note. I felt this unit was vacant for a while due to bugs, debris,……

“great facility! very clean. Being old folks maybe we werent as hip to accessing the property as others might be. So a bit more specific info on access and door locks would have been helpful. There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space.”

“I requested a place with a balcony, but this apartment didn't. I do love the decor and furniture choices! Super cute place, but the curtain was broken and many scuffs on the walls from past guests. I liked the whole key fob entrance including parking! I would definitely stay here again. ”

“While the sun room and other aspects were nice, there were several more things that were awkward and downright alarming. Had a terrible time getting in, having to use multiple codes that wouldn’t work and even a set of keys that only worked for the back door where a banister was falling off the wall. Shortly after check in, my best friend and I were napping in separate rooms when unknown guy just came walking in the light the front, locked door. Startling us awake, he said he was there to……

“It was advertise that this would be a private home to myself and it was just a regular hotel room, .when I arrived and then I call and was transfer to Vrbo and now I sending pictures of the advertisement to them to review and this should not have happen, I invite family in from out of town to celebrate and then had to cancel at last minute.
