  • Fully renovated in 2020, this 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath cottage is the perfect spot for fun and relaxation. 0.4 miles to Main Street with the bike path right across the street.

    The kitchen has high ceilings and opens to the family room. A focal point of the family room is the original fireplace. The room is spacious, bright and has a TV. Two primary bedrooms are located on this level. Both have king-size beds. Rounding out the first floor is the washer and dryer and a half bath. Upstairs two bedrooms share a full bath.

    A large 14 x 28 saltwater pool was added in 2023. There is outdoor dining and chaise lounges to soak up the sun.

    Just steps away from the library, seafood market and all that downtown Edgartown has to offer with beaches, restaurants, and lighthouse, this home is a perfect vacation retreat.

Great house!

Great, clean and up to date house close to town! Pool was great. Bedrooms were large with each room having a bathroom which made staying with a large group, much easier.

Awesome house and location!

Totally awesome, recently renovated home near downtown Edgartown! About a 10 minute walk right into downtown Edgartown, it was so convenient to not have to drive and find parking when we wanted to go shopping or out to eat in town. We also were able to walk to the Fourth of July parade and the Fourth of July fireworks, which was awesome. The pool in the backyard is gorgeous and heated, everyone loved it. I would not hesitate to rent this house again! The host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Edgartown Rental

Our family of 5 with teen and adult children loved our week in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect upon arrival - we enjoyed the pool space outside. Pool was lovely and well cared for - the entire property was. Walking into town everyday for coffee, nearby beaches(lighthouse and Chappy) and walking to l'etoile, Atria, the Atlantic and Alchemy for dinners was a breeze. We had plenty of space when we watched a movie all together or played games. We would love to return to this lovely spot! Thank you!

Excellent property centrally located close to downtown and Morning Glory, beaches etc. kitchen well appointed and pool was great! Lot of space and each room has own bathroom which was great! Host was terrific
