Newer constructed home in Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard within walking distance of Sengekontacket Pond. The furnishings are all new, and there is a great back yard for entertaining, as well as being on the bike path and close to State and South Beach. The home is in a highly wooded area and within a 8-10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to the center of Edgartown with it's fine museums, restaurants and art galleries. The owner recently completed the decoration and furnishing of the home using the services of a professional decorator with central air conditioning and all new granite countertops. Pay for 3 nights and get the 4th night fee from 12/15-3/1 excluding holidays. We also have transferable car ferry tickets available for purchase for July and August.

Quick weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at this property! We were on island for a quick weekend getaway and this home was comfortable, clean, and close to everything. A five minute drive into Edgartown and a 10 minute drive to oak bluffs. Communication with the owner/manager was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Greatly enjoyed our stay!

The property was a dream- check in/check out and communication were prompt and clear. The house was well laid out for my young family, easy to figure out where things in the kitchen were stored, it was quiet (so great for kids sleeping) and we appreciated all the extras (high chair and pack and play!). Thank you- we will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to the vineyard!

My family shared with me that I did a great job finding this home. We would definitely return! Since we were attending a wedding and came from the West Coast, we needed a iron and ironing board. My recommendation would be to provide a standard size ironing board that is adjustable in height. The one provided sits on a table and isn’t easy to use.

Wonderful home - everything beat expectations

We were there for 3-nights and wish we could have stayed all summer. Kitchen has everything you need - house was spotless. Great location close to everything but off the main drag so it was very quiet. Had the weather cooperated we would have loved to use the bikes, kayaks and/or beach paraphernalia that was in the basement. Check in was easy. Fantastic few days in Martha's Vineyard!

Comfortable home. Met our needs. Outdoor furniture could use a refresh. Not really walkable to downtown Edgartown. Suggest bringing bikes or car to more easily get around. 11 AM check out would be preferred. I should have asked owner ahead of time.
