「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「You can tell they really put a lot of effort into making the rooms look nice which they did! I wanted to buy a bottle of water, that is my only complaint that they had none. I noticed in Florida whether it’s hotels or restaurants, no matter how nice they are or not they just have a musty smell to them because of the high humidity that the state is known for. But overall, it’s a good location, clean and safe place to stay.」

「Room was clean. Stayed one night and it was very close to the Punta gorda airport and it was nice to have a Waffle House and McDonald's right across from the parking lot for convenience especially when arriving on a late night flight!」

The furniture is dusty. We have our rooms changed two times before we decided to leave to never ever return there.」

We stayed in the Lotus Tower; the lobby, though small, was very cozy, spotless, and smelled wonderful. The room we booked for ten people was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff, pool attendants, and servers all treated us with great kindness and courtesy. Every detail of the property was thoughtfully designed; we fell in love...

「No pool and breakfast was very limited - just yogurt and prepackaged muffins, nutrigrain bars and coffee. Booked here because of mini kitchen. Was annoying that you had to specifically request all kitchen supplies - dish towel, dishes, silverware, pans, and even a coffee maker! Had to wait two days for a frying pan which meant I couldn’t cook some of the food I had brought with me. Place was clean and stay was okay otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「We loved the hotel and staff. Did not like other guests. Strong pot smoking at exits to the hotel. Shady people walking around. Seemed like homeless encampment there the RV parking lot was located and what seemed to be a short cut to the neighboring Wendy’s. Feared for our personal property, our parked car and boat. I feel they should have security guard on premise.」
