Das Haus war schön und gerĂ€umig, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer guten KĂŒche und 2 gerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer. Außerdem wurde es, besonders im Erdgeschoss, sehr schnell warm. Nach ein paar Tagen sind wir zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es reicht, die Heizung morgens ein paar Stunden anzuschalten und dann komplett auszuschalten, dann war es fĂŒr den Rest des Tages angenehm. Der Park selbst ist neu und wunderschön weitlĂ€ufig. Das Schwimmbad ist nichts Besonderes, unsere Kinder im Alter von 4 und 6 hatten dort eine tolle Zeit. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu tun.

Das Ferienressort ist eine große Aneinanderreihung von Ă€hnlich aussehenden HĂ€usern, erinnert an eine kleine durchgeplante Stadt. Die HĂ€user sind zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Allerdings war in unserem Haus die Fußbodenheizung teilweise defekt und erst nach 5 Terminen mit der Haustechnik und einer externen Firma wurde uns ein neues Haus angeboten. Hier hĂ€tten wir uns mehr Kundenservice gewĂŒnscht und ein schnelleres Entgegenkommen. Außerdem ist in den HĂ€usern wirklich nichts außer der angegebenen Grundausstattung vorhanden, also wirklich alles muss mitgebracht werden oder in eher teuren Paketen gekauft werden, angefangen bei Klopapier und Kaffeefiltern. Unser Fazit: zweckmĂ€ĂŸig fĂŒr eine Woche, uns allerdings etwas zu unpersönlich und etwas zu wenig kundenorientiert.

Der Pool des Aufenthalts war nicht wirklich was und das zweite Mal, als das Wetter kaputt ging, gab es auf Wunsch Freikarten dafĂŒr schwimmbad in cochem das war sehr erfolgreich. insgesamt und sehr gelungener urlaub
