Perfect for out of state students completing their residency, clinical rotations or doctor appointments at DHR. The rooms are very spacious with walk in closets, well lit and spacious restrooms. Our house keeping staff is professionally trained to disinfect and sanitize ! Major discounts for long term stays, just message us!

The third bed we provide would be suitable for larger groups, It is a queen trifold mattress or a premium queen air mattress.

Clean and neat

This unit is clean and neat and located close to grocery stores and the hospital which is what we needed. Is gated and secure. People there were very friendly. It could use a little updating but the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location for birders

The property was just what we needed. The master king bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and walk-in-closet very roomy. The guest bed is very soft, not for everyone. The smart TV is large. The gated community is very quiet and safe. There isn't outdoor seating and for me the couches were very uncomfortable, but there was an office chair I pulled into the living room plus the dining chairs are good. The silverware and some of the cooking things need to be replaced. Simon brought us a broom and dustpan upon request. I think more cleaning items should be available for long term stays, but they have had a problem with renters taking them I guess. Overall I would say it is a good value and if we were in the area we would stay again.

Great Home !! Exceeded Expectations !

Stayed here for a month to help with family and Simon's place exceeded expectations. First of all, the location was amazing. It was in a nice gated community, I felt safe and it was like my stay had a touch of luxury! Upon entering it was extremely clean and also had a Hand Sanitizer dispenser mounted on the wall which was great and honestly felt like a home away from home! Simon was an outstanding host, he was there at any hour/any time for any of our needs, and went above and beyond accommodating a late check out! After staying at simon's place, I don’t feel the need to even see what else is in the area, if this is available, this is where I will be staying any time I am in town! I am so grateful for the hospitality, and comforting experience!

Valley Vrbo

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while we were attending a family reunion in the area. Clean, safe, spacious and two full bathrooms! It had everything we needed to be comfortable; kitchen accessories, toiletries, and the softest/fluffy towels and bedsheets. The streaming services provided was an unexpected delight! We will definitely be using this service again.

Clean, quiet and cool

The place was very clean and had ample room to stretch and relax. The neighborhood was very quiet. But, the most important thing was that the AC was in great working order. This place was very homey and quiet. It was close to everything we needed.
