Beautifully refurbished two-bedroom bungalow with a sunny, south-facing garden. Immaculately presented with brand-new furnishings, appliances, and finishes throughout. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, it’s perfect for golfing holidays or as a base for exploring both Edinburgh and East Lothian.

Located in the peaceful village of Prestonpans, just 20 minutes from central Edinburgh and a short drive to East Lothian’s world-renowned golf courses. The home features two comfortable double bedrooms, a large family bathroom, a bright and spacious kitchen-diner, and a separate TV lounge.

The Space:
Fully equipped with modern conveniences including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and dryer. Free on-street parking, comfortable beds, and easy access to the A1 make this a stress-free and relaxing place to stay.

Great house

Had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Fully kitted kitchen and washer dryer for self catering. Very clean and well kept property. 10 min walk to train to the city and 13 min train ride. Shops close by. Very happy with stay. A few more towels would have been nice but we made do, so no complaints.
