Bright, modern, 1 bdrm 2nd floor flat with balcony in quiet cul de sac in Leith

Mordern second-floor flat with lift. Peaceful location with open aspect yet close to numerous bars and cafes and 15 minutes walk to the popular shore area of Leith. Buses from the end of the street provide direct access to the city centre, Waverley station and airport. Free residents’ parking.
The generous-sized double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony which catches the morning sun. There is an additional shower room and toilet. The kitchen/living/dining area is open plan with a south facing Juliette balcony, TV, CD player and radio with Bluetooth speakers and free WiFi. Double glazing and gas central heating. Washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven with gas hob and microwave.
