Great location despite the exterior entrance was a bit of surprise. Two nice bedrooms with relatively small but workable bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Clothes washer a plus. Garage car parking workable and safe. Primary advantage is location walkable or bus ride to city highlights.

Perfect Location to Walk Everywhere

We spent 3 days in Edinburgh and this was a perfect centralized location. Just as nice as described. Parking for one car (although tight) was very, very helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.

Just having to meet someone at the door was real clunky and inconvenient. Man was really nice when he arrived but wish it was contactless so our trip wasn’t as impacted to get checked in. The rental was wonderful otherwise!
