The space
The living room with it's balcony and sea views is the main attraction. It's a great spot to sit out with a glass of wine on a summer evening, but just as nice to watch the ever changing seascape from the warmth of your living room during the winter months.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a table that will seat four comfortably. You'll also have a great sea view during breakfast ! The Nespresso machine is popular with coffee lovers.

The main bedroom has a zip & link bed, so you can ask for it set up as a double (super king) or as twins. This room has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and is next to the main bathroom (which was fitted out as recently as early 2015). Bedlinen & towels are from M&S and all the beds are super comfy.

A comfortable folding bed is available on request and can be used in the living room (small additional charge).

The building is secure. There's a lift and the stairwell is carpeted and well lit. You also have use of a private parking space - invaluable in North Berwick during the summer months.
