The flat is located right on the high street making access to all north Berwick a simple short walk. Despite this the high street is lovely and quiet so only the gulls will be making noise! The flat is in good decorative order and the bath and shower are great. It’s a lovely flat for two people but remember that parking is changing in north Berwick and may be harder in the future if you bring a car - that said if you train in you really don’t need a car for your stay.

Short holiday trip

We had a 5 day short trip to scotland. I knew north berwick from various other holidays here ,so we knew from the beginning where the flat was. The flat was very comfy and made us feel like home staight away. We enjoyed long walks at the beach and the train trip to edinburgh. We would love to vome back.

The property was absolutely immaculate and everything we needed for our stay in North Berwick.Plenty of room for two adults and a small dog.My wife loved the dressing room and now wants one at home!The bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent after a long day on/in the water.

introduction to North Berwick

The property has character and charm and, staying in winter, it was a cosy place to come back to at the end of the day. Conveniently set out and very much as described online. A great location just by the High Street and convenient for exploring the area, which has much to offer.

By UNSAFE we mean the entrance to the property. Firstly Being winter it is totally dark coming in and out of the property with a barely working light which makes tripping on the very high steps likely. Secondly the indoor steps are tricky and made more so by the lack of a handrail. The flat itself is really lovely and we were very happy once in. However sadly I can’t book again due to the access issues. This is a shame as in all other ways the flat was great and we are frequent visitors to NB (ex residents) Thank you
