Nice Stay

Lovely flat is in the heart of downtown. Very walkable area. Only downside is it can get loud at times with the recycling facility and bars next door.

Great location

Property was very bright and clean. Very comfy. Nice to be able to do laundry. Great shower. A bit of confusion with north and south locations. Please note: This VRBO is on the south lane. Short walk to Royal mile and old town

Great Location, Perfect Space for 2

Great location. Close to transportation, reataurants, shops. Clean and great size for 2 people. Nice amenities with fridge, washing machine, etc. For American friends, 1st floor means up a flight of steps. Bathroom is HUGE, but tricky to keep the water in the shower from going everywhere.

Stylish and comfortable flat in quiet corner of city centre close to everything you need. Bed very comfortable, and washer dryer in apartment was great. Bathroom modern and spacious (only complaint I have is that the water run-off angle in the shower is inadequate and bathroom floor gets flooded). Otherwise a perfect stay in Edinburgh.

Clean, great location, expensive

The location of property is wonderful - in the heart of the new town - and surprisingly quiet. However it was very difficult to find without downloading the photos, maps were not accurate. The apartment was larger than it appeared in photos, and very well equipped. Coffee was not provided and over three days we were not able to find the right pods for that nespresso coffee machine, for the price they should provide them. Check the currency conversion when you pay as the stay ended up costing significantly more than I expected.
