"The villa is beautiful, both inside and outside, and we thoroughly enjoyed the large garden and good-sized swimming pool - as well as the stunning sea views. We were disappointed that there were no tavernas within walking distance, as the details had led us to expect, but we much enjoyed the nearby small beach. We had three serious drainage issues, but Dimitri was very helpful in sorting them out. We celebrated an 80th and an18th birthday while we were there - what could be better?!"

"The property is in a village with a small supermarket, bar, coffee shop and restaurant. However, I would recommend you have a car to access a greater variety of amenities and the beach. There were very few international tourists, although the the area is popular with Greeks. If you expect a tourist hot spot such on many of the the Greek Islands you will be disappointed. Most restaurants did have English menus but not all so you may need to use Google translate - if you don't speak Greek of...

"Spectacular property, both in terms of the view and the villa itself. There were plenty of supplies in the house as well, although it would've been good if there'd been some charcoal/firefighters for the BBQ and some olive oil. Only other thing to add is that there were a lot of cats in the close vicinity; wasn't a problem for us because we love cats, but some people may not. Also, one of them (a big white male) didn't look to be in the best health. I don't know what the protocol is with strays...

"The house is beautiful, but the view is perfection (one of my friends saw a photo I posted of the view and asked "Is this heaven?"!). Ample room for our party of 10. Main level bedroom was perfect for my parents (both in their late seventies). Comfortable beds (at least the ones in our room - and I didn't hear any other complaints). "15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. "We had a wonderful holiday thanks to this property, which combines tranquility and authenticity in a magnificent setting with breathtaking views. The pool facilities, jacuzzi, and Mediterranean garden allowed us to spend quality time with friends and create unforgettable memories at sunset. The house is spacious and very clean, and everyone found their own space, a place to read or relax. All the information Anne, the owner, gave us was very helpful and accurate. Anne answered all our questions and always tried to make our stay unforgettable. We thank her sincerely and recommend this house without hesitation!"

"This is a new property that featured great views and a modern design. Rooftop bar very nice and fun bartenders. Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. Otherwise, we would have been locked out all night since there was no one on duty. Bartender tried to call manager, no answer. Also, no one on duty to check us out at 8:15 am. I think the hotel can improve its service. "

"House is just as pictured, AC's in every room, amazing view of the bay, pool was perfect. Restaurants along the bay was easily accessible with a grocery store.Cons: Elevator was broken and house is 2 flights up from the parking. There's no microwave, there's no shower doors to block the water, so bathroom floor was always wet on the first floor. It's a 20min drive to the highway"
