“My boys and I were looking for a nice place to go and get away from memorial weekend. The house is located close to the lake. We were able to rent a boat and have a nice day on the lake Saturday and then come back to a relaxing house for the rest of the weekend. We dealt with several severe storms. The owner was kind enough to reach out to us while we were on the lake to let us know that we were out of power, and that it should be back on soon.”

“This was a great place to get away from the hustle of life! There is a Dollar General about 15 minutes away but the nearest Walmart is over 30 minutes. We got to experience the free ferry but they are putting in a bridge very shortly. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a peacock that my son named Kevin! Kevin seemed to enjoy the sounds of my son’s guitar, watching us play pool and just keeping an eye on us. Unfortunately, he took off the second day and we missed him the rest of our stay.……
