"We did an impromptu anniversary trip, and the staff was amazing. Had a bottle of champagne waiting, upgraded our room, etc. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds comfy. Gondola right outside the door. Had a blast."

"The individual unit was clean and well maintained, but the lodge itself was dated and the carpet in common areas needed a deep cleaning. There was a hot tub inside, directly outside our room, which was actually pretty cool, but it was dated and the lattice wood around it was broken and appeared old."
