「Property management was great, responsive and helpful recommendations. The property was immaculate and perfectly located for everything from the beach to ferry, restaurants, Main Street and wineries. Plenty of parking on site. Kitchen was well stocked with everything to make a meal or to cook out. Wonderful place!」

「The room was very nicely decorated and clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated not having to bring linens and towels to a vrbo rental. The only issues we faced not booking directly with the hotel was not being able to use hotel shuttle to town and we ran out of toilet paper and the front desk said they are not supoosed to provide it as we didnt book through them. Other than that the property is very nice providing seating outside to enjoy a beautiful...

「The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!」

「Our week could not have been better, we loved this house and Montauk! It was such a relaxing week! The house had everything to make the stay with our 16 month old grandson so easy! The house was spotless and private, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close enough to the towns when we wanted to explore, but peaceful when we wanted to relax.
