“This is a very unique and beautiful stay. It is a steep walk down a few steps to the boathouse and is a little tight with luggage. The washer and dryer are below the boathouse and accessible through a trapdoor and down a small ladder- it's fun to go down to. The shower is very small and you will be unable to stand upright in it- you just gotta sit to shower. Despite the few quirks, we absolutely loved this boathouse stay. “Beautiful setting, good location for us. Needs to be better explained or shown how to find! Entry hidden back away behind another house. Very steep stairs. Key box broken but enjoyed our stay. Located part way between airport and capital. WiFi was fabulous. Would be nice, as foreigners, to have appliance instructions. ”

“Loved my stay here! Although I traveled solo, there is sufficient room for a large family/group. The view of the fjord is extraordinary, and I found myself sitting and watching the beautiful wildlife for hours. The adjustable LED lighting in the kitchen/living room area is a very nice touch, and there are separate indirect heating thermostats to control different parts of the home.
