「We asked for a ground floor room, were told we would be given one, and were put in a second floor room. The external stairs to the room were steep and not at all recommended for anyone suffering from knee issues.

「The property is in desperate need of an update and a thorough clean. To be honest I was shocked when we walked in based on the previous reviews that I had read. Our cabin had a terrible smell.
