"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. "The customer facing staff were wonderful - especially the shuttle bus drivers to the airport and mall. However, this is an old property that is not being maintained super well. We found bugs in our first room (in the small East Tower) and had to be moved to another room in the main tower. Thankfully, the new room was in better shape. The shuttle bus was also having mechanical issues… the driver had been trying to report the issues but he was ignored until we had to speak with management on his behalf. Overall, the staff were great but not sure that we would stay again."
