「Breakfast was very poor just a pair of bags with plain bread. We asked for butter multiple times they never had butter. There were several of us on this trip some other stayed at other hotels that were cheaper and they got full real breakfast with cheese, butter and eggs with arepas. They need to get better with breakfast.」
「The welcome staff can do a better job at receiving the guests
Knowing check in is at 3
There are still things to do in the meantime, but we didn’t receive any information about what we could do
No connection with the guests
We had to figure things out on our own」
