“This house is really a gem. Easily reachable by car from sevilla. Very clean, a great Pool and perfect other amenities. We would definitely book this again if we would go to southern Spain again. We found the beds to be a little uncomforatble or short. But we are tall.”

“I gave this property a 10 out of 10 the location was amazing. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are large every utensil and every dish you might ever possibly need is in the kitchen. Nice refrigerator freezer air conditioners all worked fine and I would come back here again in a minute, love the place but it’s all about location location location. This is a perfect location.”

“En general, la casa está bien. El jardín es enorme y la piscina muy bien mantenida. La casa quizá necesitaría alguna reforma para que su estado fuera más atractivo. Algunos aparatos (uno de aire, un calentador) necesitan revisión. Como la distribución de habitaciones es peculiar, también lo es la organización de interruptores, pero al final te acostumbras. La ubicación cerca de la Playa de la Ballena es extraordinaria, lástima que esté pegada a una carretera con tanto tráfico. Los propietarios……

“Solo un radiador y una estufa para dos habitaciones, cocina, salón, dos baños… dentro de un mes hará menos frío y será estupendo pero ahora falto algo más porque hacía fresco dentro de la casa. El patio genial y la piscina muy bien con la climatización. Creo que repetiremos pero más metidos al verano”
