“This location is very tucked away deep into a hilly little neighborhood. The driveway is steep for nervous drivers but for us it was perfect. The house was clean and well-kept. The bathroom was large for the space. We attended a wedding very close to the location so it was convenient.”

“Our party came into town for a weekend basketball tournament in Roseville. The interior of the house was clean and had been nicely updated. It was well temperature controlled and remained comfortable throughout our stay. After games on Saturday with the temperatures at 90+ the pool was awesome for our teens to cool off in while the parents enjoyed the deck area. The owners were prompt on all communications and accommodating to our needs.”

“House is very nice and roomy. Perfect for a family. The pool looked inviting but it was a little too chilly for us to use it. Zhong was very responsive when we had an issue and took care of things immediately. This would be a perfect house if you need to work remotely as there were several areas to set up your space.”

“Quail Meadows Ranch exceeded our expectations! The house and property were stunning. There was so much to do and see. We especially loved cooking in the kitchen and we all took note that it was equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the big fireplace during our rainy stay. We had a few questions during our stay and the owners were fast to respond. We definitely want to come back!”

“We had a family reunion with 21 people stay at Forest Cottage. There was plenty of space, our children ages 1-11 loved the “park” as they called it, which was the large, completely fenced play area out front which we could watch them play from the front deck or from the many windows in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with many pots and pans, dishes, etc. There is a big closet with lots of family games. Plenty of bedding and towels are provided, as well as hand soap, TP, and paper……

“Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.”

“Beautiful property and wonderful host. Close property was well maintained and provided beautiful areas for lounging and picnicking. Plenty of room beyond that for exploring and hiking. The host was gracious and spent some time talking to us, however was not invasive at all and afforded us plenty time to ourselves. Really enjoyed the animals and meeting the desert tortoise. 100% will stay again in the future.”

“Pulled into parking lot behind two Sacramento police cars. Asked if it was okay to go into hotel, worrying there was a problem. Told okay but as we walked in the two officers walked in right behind us, one commenting that this was a bad area and to be sure we left nothing in our car.”
