「it was great plenty of room for everyone. well stocked on dished the only thing that was inconvienience was no hot tub after 9pm and locks on thermostats. when you have 16 people on two level home they are not all the same temperature as upper level was to hot when lower level a bit cooler. Overall home was wonderful」

「This amazing home was ideal for our group of five families celebrating a 50th birthday. There was something for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The adults also went wine tasting to some of the many, many nearby wineries. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with anything we needed including kitchen supplies, games, and pool towels. Beds were very comfortable including the four extra single beds which were easy to set up. Communicating with the owner was no problem....

「Such a nice place to stay for 3-nights. My wife, myself and our 7lb dog stayed here and enjoyed it so much. The Ranch was so quiet and relaxing. It is small but has everything we needed. Colleen was fantastic! She was running a working ranch with beautiful horses and other livestock. She was available if needed and we had complete privacy if wanted. Everything needed was a 10 minute drive away. We will definitely be back when we stay up in the Newcastle/Auburn area. 」

「The pickleball Ranch checks all the boxes. All the family under one roof for a wonderful weekend. First time playing pickleball and it was a blast with a quick dip in the pool to cool off afterwards. The host was very attentive for all our needs」

「Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house.」
