「Hemos pasado una noche allí y no nos ha gustado, la habitación era de tres y no estaba mal pero el aire acondiciona si lo poníamos olía fatal la habitación y la rejilla de la entrada de la habitación estaba tapado y sucia con ganas. Decepcionante para ser un 4 estrellas」

「Staff have been super helpful. Even though we did not speak Spanish they took the time to help translate everything. The rooms feel classic with updated bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic and thier dinner was great. I can not say enough good things about them.」

「Great quality-price! The hotel is located in downtown Avila in a historical building. It does not have elevator. Breakfast is included, nice croissant and fresh toast with good coffee. Wifi works really well in rooms and public places.」

O que deixou a desejar foi a forma de abordagem do profissional do café da manhã, que mal nos deixou passar da porta para nos abordar para saber o número do apartamento. Achamos uma forma rude de controle de faturamento. Mobiliário antigo,precisa de um certo restauro.」
