The heart of the home is the living room, a welcoming area perfect for relaxation and gatherings. The adjacent dining room offers a stylish setting for meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. This home features four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed. The remaining three bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, providing ample space for guests. Two full bathrooms are available, ensuring convenience for all. Step outside to the extended covered patio, where you'll find a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining. A laundry room with a washer and dryer adds to the convenience of your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Midcentury Masterpiece, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the stylish dining room, and the comfortable living room. Enjoy the convenience of the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Step outside to the extended covered patio, complete with a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and gatherings. Please note that the garage remains locked and is off-limits to guests.

The surrounding streets are peaceful, offering a respite from the hustle and bustle while still providing easy access to city amenities. Getting Around:

Getting around El Paso is easy from the Midcentury Masterpiece. Free parking is available on the premises. For those flying in, El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 20-minute drive. While ride-sharing services are readily available, a car is recommended to fully explore the area. Public transportation options are limited in this area.

Please take a moment to review some important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at the Midcentury Masterpiece. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $100, subject to availability. Free parking is available on the premises. The garage is locked and off-limits to guests. For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Please be aware that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as per City of El Paso ordinance. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted inside the house or near doors/windows; a $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and a $500 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total. Only registered guests are allowed on the property; unauthorized guests may incur a fee of $100 per person. Before you leave, please place all used towels and hand towels on the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash to the outdoor bins, turn off lights, electronics, and appliances, lock all windows and doors, and return keys to the lockbox.
