「06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. 「This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party.」
