"My friend and I got the all-inclusive for food and drink, as well as taking surfing lessons, and the shuttle back. Our rooms were clean, bathroom was really large, especially the shower. There were many bugs, birds, lizards, etc. which was fun! The food is good, breakfast is a large portion while lunch and dinner can be a little smaller. The bar was amazing, especially our server Ciaro, he absolutely made our stay. All the staff were incredibly nice, and patient with our lack of understanding or speaking Spanish. The surfing lessons were a little pricey compared to other experiences we had in Nicaragua. I’d probably look for something a little more budget friendly next time! The shuttle to the airport was great, a little late but nothing crazy, just ensure you don’t have a tight deadline! Overall, really enjoyed our time."

"This hotel is great and a great bargain. The staff is super helpful, management is very flexible and accomodating (they worked with us so that we could have breakfast earlier than they open), the views are amazing and the place is very spacious, which is great for families with kids who like to explore and play freely outdoors. The one constraint worth mentioning is that depending on where your house is located on the property, it can be a 20-25 minute walk on a hill to the town, which can be tricky to navigate with food. That said, if you have a car, that will not be an issue and you can always get a local taxi to help you out. I still highly recommend this hotel and it's definitely worth 5 stars in my book!"

"My name is Mark Grayson I’m from Lethbridge Alberta Canada The Black Pearl Inn was absolutely awesome ! From the very beginning when I checked in with Caroline… she was awesome ! The place is spotless, the pool spotless ! The view amazing ! Breakfast incredible ! You’re a two minute walk from the beach. You’re a two minute walk from everywhere downtown laundry restaurants, shops location is amazing. Ya gotta stay here…. You won’t regret it. !!! I would post some photos, but the photos I took don’t do the place justice . I I highly recommend this place… Do it"

"Staying at AguasAzules studio in Pelycan Eyes was a beautiful experience! The view of the ocean was amazing. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super clean. Sarah and Steve were always available for communication with any questions. It has laundry availability, plenty of parking if you rent any vehicle, easy access within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"This place was absolutely stunning! Even better than the pictures. Rose was a fantastic host and communication was great prior to and after check in.The staff were so kind and helpful as well. They even played peekaboo with the baby while tending the property, they made us feel so at home and were not the least bit intrusive. It was an absolutely unforgettable stay and look forward to returning"
