「This property is tucked away in a quiet area of San Miguel de Allende. Mauricio met us at the door and helped us get our bags to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. He went over the breakfast schedule and stayed in constant communication with us throughout. 」

「The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service.
I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored.
The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own.
The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

「Incredibly disappointing stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. 」
