"***Note: this vacation was to celebrate our recent engagement and my birthday and the Grand Sirenis portion ruined that for us*** Day 1: -safe not working, asked for someone to come up and fix it, person came, said they couldn’t fix it and just left, no resolution, no working safe for passports and cash -discovered feces on white top blanket - ??? -asked for a new blanket & additional hangers to hang clothes, never got them….. Day 2: clogged bathroom sink with black scaly debris coming out signifying uncleanliness and not much maintenance/cleaning from cleaners -flood in our bathroom all over the floor when we came back from the beach that day -utilized all of the hotels towels & house coats to clean up that mess, notified front desk and asked for more towels & a new blanket once again, were ignored…. Day 3: next day, asked for blankets, hangers, and towels again, told staff that I wanted to know a timeframe since nothing came before, was told no timeframe can be given, said I would call back in 20 minutes if not there then and would continue calling until we received what we should have., they also had zero concerns about the flood -called back after 30 min, as nothing came of course, asked to speak to Manager, got transferred to Manager line and it just rang and rang and rang, no answer from Manager -(to be continued as there are MORE bad details!) "

"Had a great stay overall—definitely a fun and memorable experience from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. The room was well-kept and fresh, no complaints at all, and the staff was friendly and helpful the entire time, making everything smooth and easy. Wi-Fi worked fine for what you need on vacation, but honestly the highlight was the entertainment team—they really made the trip. Big shoutout to Maria, Christian, Francis, Madeline, and “crazy legs” as I call him—they brought nonstop energy, kept the vibes high every day, and made sure there was always something going on. Whether it was activities, music, or just the atmosphere around the resort, they carried the experience. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, solid service, and a lively entertainment crew, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend—and I’d come back again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here from the first to last day. The people were so friendly, our butler José made things as perfect as possible, and was always happy to help no matter the problem or time. Everything was clean, amenities worked amazing, food was top tier, and the activities made our stay so much more enjoyable. "

"This resort might have the best staff ever . Definitely the best we've been around and we've been to many resorts over the years. They make you feel like your friends instead of a customer. Maria and Bernadino were standouts and went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our whole stay. The resort itself was stunning, your steps from the beach and a very short walk to anywhere on the property. The Harvest Table ( buffet ) was very good for breakfast and very impressive for lunch with something for even the pickiest of eaters. All the a la cart restaurants were very good and gave you a wide range of options to choose from. Would have been nice to have a lobster dinner Loster House ) during our stay but they are out of season and forbidden to be caught from March till I believe the end of June. The entertainment was the usual you get at most resorts but did have a few shows that were a bit better. The only complaint we had ( and we knew this going in ) was the beach. The beach itself was immaculate with no shells or rocks or seaweed anywhere but the water is fairly rough all the time. Everyday was a red flag day due to the riptide. If you walk a few minutes to the right there's a sandbar that breaks things up a bit and makes for calmer water. Being an adult only resort was definitely a major plus and made what is usually a crazy time ( March Break ) very relaxing. I keep getting asked if we'd go back and I don't hesitate in saying absolutely !! "

"Clean room, has small indoor hot tub just before the balcony. The roof top pool was too cold to use but t loved the large lounge bed on the rooftop to relax and enjoy. "

"The property, beach, and kids club were amazing. Be careful booking on expedia. We booked a preferred ocean front swim out with two double beds. Apparently this room doesn't exist. When we got there we were put in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch. We made it work but that is not what we booked. The room was also the farthest room away from the preferred club. Again we made this work but was not what was booked. This isnt the first time somwthing like this has happened to us using expedia. Also be prepared to tip the staff, especially the bar tender. Basically if you didnt have money in your hand he would not serve you. Food and service not the greatest and actually fell slightly below my already low expectations."

"This resort is definitely family and kid friendly. They even have a little daycare area in the main buffet restaurant. The rooms were always maintained clean. Most of the staff was super friendly and made sure you were well taken care of but that was only when they noticed that you are a good tipper. The entertainment at night was great and fun! The bathrooms around the resort are spotless. However, we requested a King size bed for both rooms and received double beds. In the main pool, you would find bird droppings in the actual water while swimming. The rooms at night were actually really warm and the lowest setting was 68 degrees. I do not see myself going back but, it was a nice experience."

"I went with a group of my friends. It was a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff were absolutely incredible and seemed very genuine The staff truly made our entire vacation so wonderful. In terms of safety, my biggest concern planning a trip to the DR was finding a resort in which I felt safe at (I had to do a lot of digging to convince my mom haha). I am happy to report that I felt safe the ENTIRE time at Wyndham. It is a very family oriented resort, I would highly recommend it to families. Although I went with a group of friends in college, we still had a wonderful time and there are things to do for people of all ages. The food was good and there was a wide variety of options. Overall I highly recommend! 10/10!"
