“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Room was spotless and we had a free upgrade on arrival ,which was amazing !!!! Staff were all very friendly and polite .Very attentive too! The hotel itself is amazing ! There’s so much there you don’t need to leave it! All spotlessly clean and very well maintained ! Evening entertainment was excellent always live music at 830.The bands we saw were all excellent and really got the crowd involved”

“Le personnel parfait , très attentif à notre bien être ! Remarquable ! Le restaurant la Cupula :du début à la fin en passant par les assiettes , le gout , l originalité , le service , et en plus , en français ce qui est un plus pour l explication des plats . Pdj évidement digne d un 5* ; et le buffet du soir également . Restaurant de la piscine également parfait et de très bon gout . Nous y retournerons . ”
