「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「酒店就在高速路边上，紧挨着一家大型购物中心，有家乐福超市和餐馆。机场到酒店车程约10分钟，提前联系，在指定时间内有机场的免费班车。前台弄错了我们第二天去机场的班车时间，主动出钱叫了出租车，车资约17欧元。自助早餐很丰盛，有英式早餐。」

「Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Villa Nestor. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, Arold et Alienka sont aux petits soins, très arrangeants, toujours prêts à vous donner de bons et judicieux conseils mais savent aussi être très discrets. Villa Nestor étant située dans le joli quartier historique d'Ingenio vous pouvez aisément vous y balader, c’est aussi un endroit ideal si vous souhaitez randonner dans le barranco de Guayadeque ou Las Vacas entre autres. 「It’s a lovely place to stay, close to the airport. Aviation enthusiasts will love it, you can watch the planes from the rooftop terrace. There’s a small bar, and dinner is also available. The new owners are very friendly and accommodating, and will provide airport transfers on request. The rooms are functional and very clean. I wish the new owners every success with their new venture. 」

「Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!」

「The rooms were spacious. The suite we reserved had an individual pool. The front reception staff was exceptional and very helpful. The reception area was beautifully decorated and amazingly clean and smelled so tropical. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The little store on the property had everything you might need without leaving the resort. They were reasonably priced!!」

「We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. So i went to this hotel not very happy, but for my greatest surprise we had a wonderful time in the hotel, everyone was so good in their mansion my kids enjoyed every day of their stay in...
