"I came down to Winona to visit a friend from college. I choose this hotel because it was convenient and close to my friends place. Overall, I was unimpressed by the hotel. I was initially shocked that there was no elevator. The hotel room was not the cleanest. There was dust visible on the ceiling. The shower drain was incredibly dirty. The office chair fabric was tearing off. The staff were friendly and helpful, however there was rarely a worker at the front desk. The hotel worked for why I needed but I probably won’t be returning"

"Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, & the staff was friendly & prompt with cleaning during breakfast so there was always clean tables. They were full when I stayed but the staff didn’t miss a beat on anything."
