「Staff were friendly, always smiling, informative and very welcoming. Rooms was very clean and private pool with jacuzzi feature was absolutely fantastic. There was a choice of restaurants and buffet had a wide selection of fresh, delicious variety of food to choose. Entertainment was great. Bus stop short distance to The Harbour. Complimentary room was offered and greatly appreciated for us to use before our transfer to the airport. Would visit again and all the family would highly recommend...

Breakfast great selection. Location is further away from town harbour than some but if you want convenience but also somewhere to get away from bustle it’s perfect. 5 min walk to great waterpark which wasn’t that busy」

「The place was very noisy upstairs neighbours moving chairs until after midnight no reception to complain as they close at 4 pm, one of the beds had dirty sheets as if someone sleep and they just made the bed, there were bed bugs or fleas in the Sofa as we sit there for 10 min and had several bug bites on legs arms and back...
