「First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...

「Ótima vista do quarto e do terraço, banho quente. Quarto aconchegante com ótima vusta do Titicaca. Cafe da manhã bom, normal pros padrões da Bolívia. Hotel em boa localização (não fica no centro do vilarejo). Custo X Benefício não vale... Tem vários hotéis mais baratos por lá e o custo do restaurantes deles é bem superior a outros no centro da cidade (acabamos não almoçando no hotel) 」
