“The property is under construction and we were not notified of this when we booked. We couldn’t find the front lobby. We drove around the place twice. The actual front desk is a fold up table down one hallway…There was dust and work equipment everywhere. There was no support on trying to connect with the Wi-Fi. For what we paid for the room it was a very big disappointment.”

“I most likely would not pick this hotel again. The door did not automatically lock when we left the room and we didn't realize left it open while we were out. Reported it and said they had some issues with some doors and would address it. The faucet in bathroom sink was loose and moved around. The towels were more like hand towels not bath towels (needed a few just to dry off). The common areas were not that clean. Very surprised for a Hyatt to be a little run down like this.”

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2……
