Nobody on premises and is abandoned. It took me an hour to finally get ahold of someone and they told me to find someone else due to not having anyone there. Hopefully I get my money back since I booked the room for 2 days and wasn't even able to check in / get a room.

I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel

Disgusting hotel.

When we arrived at the motel there was nobody at the reception. Called twice before they answerd. And then we had to wait fifteen minutes for them to come and give us a key. The room hadn't been cleaned at all the the beds weren't even made. There was no other guests at the hotel. All the rooms were vacant. We went back to the reception to request a clean room. But he wouldn't answer our phone call again. We waited 10 minute's. We didn't stay at the hotel. It was too disgusting. The picture shows how we found the room, we didn't touch it.
