Nothing I love more when I go to check-in and and I am told/ shamed when they tell me tell me how much money I wasted by being with Expedia versus going direct to them. Room was fine, could've been cleaner but – hey it's a motel six and I got there at 10:30 PM and left at four am. My ultimate measurement is would I go back there again. No. 」

「This property was perfect for my needs. It is brand new so everything is clean and looks fresh. The bed was comfortable. The AC and heat both worked well. I used the fridge and freezer but not the microwave or cooktop. I read ahead of time that the kitchen is not stocked with dishes so I brought my own. I think the bad reviews are from people who have not read about the property. Yes, it is has limited desk hours. Yes, you need to provide your own toiletries. There are no special amenities…...

「The Beard and Lady Inn was a very interesting place to stay. It was a nice change from the usual hotels. It had everything I needed for my stay. 」

「Not sure why, but the room and linens had a scent that I couldn't determine if it was an unclean or cleaning solution scent. Strange. Also, if you want ANY kind of privacy in the bathroom, probably shouldn't stay here. Might as well have just had the door open - barn door slide style door - not a pocket door, so everything can be heard from room, and can walk by & see in from sides. Didn't like that at all. Pillows are down pillows but have seen better days - pratically laying your head...

「Staff was rude both on check in and at check out. It’s been awhile since I would say that about any hotel staff for 1 interaction much less 2. Also I don’t think the AC worked as it was set. Breakfast was at the bottom for what I have experienced. 」
