“This was a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the American Airlines center. Jeff has a binder full of all the information and recommendations you could need during your stay. The neighborhood is very pretty and feels safe overall. Our only complaint is that you can hear everything happening outside including people having conversations while walking their dogs. Plenty of street parking in front of the house and the area is easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay……

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
